Here's a quick Christmas project

You will need small and large tag punches, soft suede ink pad, real red and basic black marker, real red and whisper white cardstock and one willing child!

Stamp fingerprint and add face details with marker!

Hoot (as in Giggle and Hoot)

Josh loves Hoot from Giggle and Hoot (ABC for kids), and so do his friends from mums group.  This is a card I made for his little friend James using the Stampin' Up! Owl punch.

I can see a lot of Hoots being made - We are thinking of having a Hoot themed 1st birthday for Joshua, and it's the perfect size for cupcake picks.

Embossed Handprint Bauble

A few weeks back I came across this on Pinterest and it went straight on my 'To do list'

So yesterday Joshua and I got all set up to create our very own handprint ornament for the tree.

Step 1. Ink up your little ones hand with Versamark ink

Step 2. Get your little one to stick their hand on a glass bauble (getting a good unsmudged image is the tricky bit), then wipe their hand clean incase they go straight for their mouth!

Step 3. Cover hand print with embossing powder - I used Tempting Turquoise

Step 4. Brush off any stray powder and heat until the powder changes(it will be smooth and shiney)

Step 5. Let cool and hang on your tree.

Convention make and take 1

Here's one of the make and takes that I made at convention.  Actually it's the only one I managed to complete.

If you look closely you'll see some new product from the new Idea Book & Catalogue that comes out the 1st of September.

We also got to see the new Incolors - and I think they'll be ny new favourites!
